I fall in love with my city every year during Carnival. As much as I'm happily anticipating the grandiose uptown parades, which start this Friday, I have come to truly appreciate the charming intimacy of the smaller krewes. Last Friday, Krewe Bohème graced the streets of the Faubourg Marigny and French Quarter. Many thanks to all the participants who shared their joie de vivre on this delightful evening.
